ANDY joined Dancing Shoes Wrexham prior to the show case 'MUSIC IN MOTION' in 2006 and lasted two weeks. His second attempt in 2007 saw him as the only male dancer in the Senior group as well as PRODUCTION ASSISTANT for the MUSIC IN MOTION II' in 2007. Thriving on challenges he showed his worth when given four costume changes in two minutes for the Irish Medley in 'MEDLEYS IN MOTION' in July 2007, as well as helping out with some of the choreography for the group routines.
The obvious and natural progression was for him to become a CHOREOGRAPHER and the success of his work is evident in the two showcases in 2009 - 'RESOLUTIONS' in the January and 'NEW BEGINNING' in the July. He more than proved his worth by pushing every student to a higher level of performance withiin their abilitiy and showing them that dancing is rewarding and fulfilling as well as fun and confidence building.
He continued as PRINCIPAL CHOREOGRAPHER working with students across the classes for a further two showcases in 2010 'CELEBRATION' in the January and 'DANCING THROUGH LIFE' in August before moving away to work professionally. His fun and frivolity in classes is greatly missed by those whom he taught and he is always remembered with a smile. Currently he perfecting his skills studying Musical Theatre at Phil Winstons Theatreworks in Blackpool.
